PART 2: The Treasure Beneath the Ocean Was Hiding Something Alive

The diver remained frozen.

Weightless above the impossible chamber.

Gold shimmered beneath drifting blue water.

Crowns rested untouched across ancient stone.

Coins spilled endlessly into darkness.

Jewels reflected sunlight like stars trapped beneath the sea.

For a moment—

the only sound was breathing.

Slow.

Echoing through the helmet.

The diver carefully lowered toward the chamber floor.

Gloved fingers brushing ancient gold.

Real.

Untouched.

Impossible.

One treasure chest drifted slightly open.

Inside—

rows of gemstones rested perfectly preserved.

Beside them—

sealed containers filled with stacks of cash.

The Debt That Set Them Free

Untouched by time.

The diver stared.

Heart pounding harder now.

Enough wealth to change history.

Enough to rewrite nations.

Then—

something strange.

Near the center of the chamber—

half buried beneath coins—

stood a stone pedestal.

Different from the rest.

Untouched by coral.

Untouched by decay.

Atop it rested—

a crown.

Black metal.

Ancient.

Sharp edges curling like waves frozen in motion.

At its center—

a glowing blue stone pulsed softly.

The Fall That Changed Everything

Alive.

The diver hesitated.

Breathing quickening.

Something about it felt wrong.

Or familiar.

Like the ocean itself was watching.

Slowly—

carefully—

the diver reached forward.

Gloved fingers brushing the crown.

The moment contact happened—

everything changed.

The glowing stone flashed violently.

Blue light exploded across the chamber.

Ancient symbols ignited across broken walls.

The entire kingdom trembled.

Above—

massive rusted chains groaned.

The diver jerked backward.

Panicked.

“What the—”

Then—

a sound.

Deep.

Far below.

Not metal.

Not stone.

A heartbeat.

Slow.

Ancient.

The treasure shifted suddenly.

Coins lifting gently from the floor.

Drifting upward.

As if gravity itself had changed.

Cracks spread across the chamber walls.

Darkness moved beneath the kingdom.

Something enormous.

Sleeping.

Waking.

The diver backed away quickly.

Flashlight shaking now.

Then—

through drifting clouds of gold—

two glowing blue eyes opened.

Massive.

Impossible.

Watching.

The diver stopped breathing.

Because half buried beneath the ruins—

larger than any ship—

rested a colossal stone figure.

Ancient armor wrapped around its body.

Chains the size of buildings wrapped tightly across its chest.

And resting in one giant hand—

a broken trident glowing faintly in the dark.

The eyes blinked slowly.

Water trembled around the ruins.

Then—

a voice echoed through the ocean.

Not spoken.

Felt.

Inside the diver’s mind.

“Who wakes the king?”

The oxygen mask fogged instantly.

Hands shaking.

The diver slowly looked down at the glowing crown still resting in their palm.

Then suddenly—

alarms screamed from the oxygen tank.

Warning lights flashing red.

Because something else had begun moving through the ruins.

Fast.

Too fast.

Shapes.

Dozens of them.

Swimming through the darkness toward the chamber.

And they weren’t human.
