Tears welled in the vendor’s eyes.<\/p>\n

The man slid a folder across the counter.<\/p>\n

\u201cI bought this block last month.\u201d<\/p>\n

She looked at him in surprise.<\/p>\n

His smile grew warmer.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I came to make sure this stand never closes.\u201d<\/p>\n

The vendor covered her mouth.<\/p>\n

Unable to stop crying.<\/p>\n

The man reached across the counter and gently hugged her.<\/p>\n
