Until the entire diner looked like it was trapped inside a wall of white light.<\/p>\n

Doors outside slammed open.<\/p>\n

One by one.<\/p>\n

Thud.<\/p>\n

Thud.<\/p>\n

Thud.<\/p>\n

Bootsteps hit the pavement.<\/p>\n

Heavy.<\/p>\n

Organized.<\/p>\n

Controlled.<\/p>\n

Inside, the biker slowly straightened his posture.<\/p>\n

His grin was gone now.<\/p>\n

But he still tried to hold his ground.<\/p>\n

\u201cOld man\u2026\u201d he muttered, forcing a laugh, \u201cyou really called backup for a table?\u201d<\/p>\n

The elderly man didn\u2019t answer.<\/p>\n

He simply closed his flip phone.<\/p>\n

Click.<\/p>\n

Then placed it back into his jacket.<\/p>\n

Calm.<\/p>\n

Unshaken.<\/p>\n

The diner door opened.<\/p>\n

Cold air rushed in.<\/p>\n

And the first man entered.<\/p>\n

Black suit.<\/p>\n

Earpiece.<\/p>\n

Expression unreadable.<\/p>\n

Then another.<\/p>\n

And another.<\/p>\n

Within seconds\u2014<\/p>\n

the diner was no longer filled with bikers.<\/p>\n

It was surrounded.<\/p>\n

The leather-clad group shifted uncomfortably in their booths.<\/p>\n

For the first time, their laughter was gone.<\/p>\n

The massive biker glanced around.<\/p>\n

Confusion creeping into his face.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat is this\u2026 FBI?\u201d<\/p>\n

No one answered him.<\/p>\n

The suited men didn\u2019t look at the customers.<\/p>\n

They looked only at the elderly man.<\/p>\n

Waiting.<\/p>\n

The leader stepped forward.<\/p>\n

\u201cSir.\u201d<\/p>\n

One word.<\/p>\n

Respectful.<\/p>\n

The elderly man finally lifted his eyes.<\/p>\n

\u201cTake care of the situation,\u201d he said calmly.<\/p>\n

The biker\u2019s expression changed instantly.<\/p>\n

His confidence cracked.<\/p>\n

The elderly man slowly turned toward him.<\/p>\n

A heavy silence fell.<\/p>\n

Even the neon lights seemed quieter.<\/p>\n
