The biker yard fell completely silent beneath the orange sunset sky.<\/p>\n

Engines stopped.
\nLaughter disappeared.<\/p>\n

Every biker stared at the two terrified children standing at the gate.<\/p>\n

The little boy\u2019s chest shook as he tried to breathe.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur mom said you\u2019d help us,\u201d he whispered.<\/p>\n

The biker leader, a massive man named Reaper, slowly knelt in front of them.<\/p>\n

\u201cWho\u2019s chasing her?\u201d<\/p>\n

The little girl began crying instantly.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe men with black trucks.\u201d<\/p>\n

Several older bikers exchanged dark looks.<\/p>\n

Because they knew exactly who drove black trucks around these parts.<\/p>\n

The Iron Serpents.<\/p>\n

A violent crew nobody wanted crossing their territory.<\/p>\n

Reaper\u2019s expression hardened.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat\u2019s your mother\u2019s name?\u201d<\/p>\n

The little boy swallowed nervously.<\/p>\n

\u201cRachel Cross.\u201d<\/p>\n

Everything in the yard froze.<\/p>\n

One biker removed his sunglasses in shock.<\/p>\n

Because years earlier, Rachel Cross saved several club members during a warehouse fire before disappearing without a trace.<\/p>\n

Reaper stood slowly.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe sent you here?\u201d<\/p>\n

The children nodded.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe said outlaw bikers still keep promises.\u201d<\/p>\n

Silence crashed across the yard.<\/p>\n

Then Reaper looked toward the roaring highway beyond the gates.<\/p>\n

In the distance\u2014<\/p>\n

black trucks were already approaching through the dust.<\/p>\n

The little girl grabbed Reaper\u2019s vest tightly.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey hurt her.\u201d<\/p>\n

That was enough.<\/p>\n

Reaper turned toward the yard.<\/p>\n

\u201cStart the bikes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Engines roared alive instantly.<\/p>\n

Chains rattled.
\nBoots slammed against gravel.<\/p>\n

One biker handed the children food while another wrapped blankets around their shoulders.<\/p>\n

The little boy looked around nervously.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re really gonna help us?\u201d<\/p>\n

Reaper climbed onto his motorcycle slowly.<\/p>\n

Then his cold voice rolled across the entire yard:<\/p>\n

\u201cNobody hunts kids in our territory.\u201d<\/p>\n

And beneath the burning sunset\u2014<\/p>\n
