fight.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1138\">Instead, Thunder leaned gently into the small hand like he\u2019d been waiting years to feel it again.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1221\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">the tiny cowboy boy<\/span><\/span> smiled faintly beneath his dusty brown hat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1248\">\u201cI told you he knows me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1335\">The ranch owner finally stepped down from the data-start=\"3565\" data-end=\"3585\">Then came the sound.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3587\" data-end=\"3605\">Far away at first.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3607\" data-end=\"3627\">A motorcycle engine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3629\" data-end=\"3633\">Low.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3635\" data-end=\"3642\">Steady.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3644\" data-end=\"3659\">Growing louder.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3661\" data-end=\"3755\">Every cowboy turned toward the western ridge line as dust slowly rose against the setting sun.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3757\" data-end=\"3800\">One rider emerged through the glowing haze.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3802\" data-end=\"3819\">Black motorcycle.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3821\" data-end=\"3835\">Weathered hat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3837\" data-end=\"3886\">Long coat flapping behind him in the desert wind.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3888\" data-end=\"3951\">Thunder let out a powerful whinny that echoed across the ranch.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3953\" data-end=\"4007\">The old cowboy\u2019s hands started shaking uncontrollably.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4009\" data-end=\"4027\">\u201cNo\u2026\u201d he breathed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4029\" data-end=\"4119\">The rider finally stopped beyond the arena fence but didn\u2019t remove his helmet immediately.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4121\" data-end=\"4132\">Eli
